First of all, when you sign in to YouTube, it will brought you to the Goole login page.

You need to enter the email address in the text box.
If you forget your password then simply click on ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
On the next page, you will be asked for the last password you remember.
If you did not remember it then choose ‘ Try Another Way’.
After choosing, Google will send you a code for resetting of password to your recovery email.
Enter the six-digit code for verification.
Now, enter the new password for your Google account.
After following all the steps above your password is successfully changed.
